Refund policy

You can apply for a full refund at any time for no reason for orders that have not been shipped.

We DO NOT accept refunds for orders that have been shipped, except for items received with quality issues.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have quality issues (excluding broken jewel case, bent vinyl jacket, etc.), please contact us promptly and we will send you a replacement item free of charge and cover your exchange shipping costs. we will not be able to send you replacements for items  that are no longer in stock, instead, we will arrange a full refund for the product with quality issues.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

If you have received an item that has been sent by error, or have an item missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, and we will resend the correct item.

We will cover the shipping costs incurred due to quality returns, incorrect items or omitted items.
